Who we are
Fly North Shore is an independent aviation media and lifestyle brand. We curate and feature flight experiences through independent local operators. We do not operate aircraft, and we do not employ the pilots or instructors who fly them.
Flights are booked, conducted, and paid for directly with each operator under their own terms, pricing, and safety policies. Any booking links we provide are a convenience; the agreement for a flight is between you and that operator.
Products and orders
Apparel is sold through our store and made to order. Prices, products, and availability can change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, in which case we will refund any amount charged. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy.
Giving commitment and charitable disclosure
We donate 10% of net profit (the sale price minus product and payment-processing costs) from every Fly North Shore item to Soar Hawaii Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 39-2739447) funding free first flights and STEM programs for North Shore kids.
Fly North Shore is an independent brand and is not affiliated with Soar Hawaii Foundation beyond this giving commitment. Donations made through our donate button are processed directly by Soar Hawaii Foundation and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Intellectual property
The Fly North Shore name, logo, photography, video, and site content are owned by us or our partners and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly North Shore is not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the site, from products purchased, or from flights or activities operated by third-party operators.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
